Civil Dispute Consultants LLC (CDC) has been receiving many inquiries about its programs and services including whether any seminars are planned. In response, CDC will be scheduling a one-day seminar to take place in Newport Beach, California within the coming months. CDC is seeking CLE certification of the seminar.

The seminar will cover preliminary investigation and screening of parties interested in private negotiation of business debt issues (including voluntary arbitration); strategies for caucuses; and essential elements to effect a binding and cost-efficient resolution of the business debt issues between the parties.
