A Utah attorney representing a borrower has obtained a statewide injunction against foreclosures concerning Bank of America and its trustee-sale arm, ReconTrust Company. The details of this significant victory are still emerging. Bank of America is attempting to remove the case to Federal Court in an effort to stave off the effect of the injunction, which the borrower intends to oppose.
